When Kapha is in balance, you’re more loving, forgiving, peaceful and compassionate.

Steep 1-2 teaspoons in 1 cup of boiling water for 7-19 minutes. Drink 3-6 cups per day. Do not exceed 6 cups in a 24-hour period.
